Gathering of Warbirds Reunion & Classic Car Show

We became involved with the Gathering of Warbirds Airshow in 1977 when it was sponsored by the Air Force Association. The Gathering of Warbirds started at Fresno Chandler airport in 1972 but outgrew the airport by 1977. Many people behind the scenes volunteered their time and efforts because, like us, they loved it. A few of us volunteers, who are "older now" still love keeping those memories alive and it appears the pilots who are attending the Reunion feel the same way. We hope to see you at the Reunion!
