At the direction of Local and State authorities, we must sadly confirm the Gathering of Warbirds Reunion for 2020 has been cancelled, due to COVID-19 concerns. While this decision comes at a time of universal uncertainty, we take the safety and health of our guests, volunteers, and community very seriously. We urge everyone to follow the guidelines and protocols put forth by public health officials.

Anyone who has purchased tickets for the dinner or Reunion through this website will receive a full refund. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive an email verification for your records.

General Admission

When is the Reunion and what time does it start?
The Gathering of Warbirds Reunion is on May 9, 2020. Gates open at 7:00am.


How much is parking?
Parking is free. There is a large dirt parking lot next to the airport, on the southeast side of Airport Drive. You can also park on Airport Drive. Please respect handicap spaces, as well as any barriers and road cones that may be set up to section off parking and direct traffic around the airport.


Do I have to buy my tickets ahead of time or can I pay at the gate?
General admission tickets can be purchased online or at the gate.


How much does it cost to get into the flyin and car show?
General Admission is $10, and children 12 and under get in free.


Can I pay for tickets with a credit card?
Yes. We will accept credit cards at the gate. If you prefer to purchase your ticket online, click here or click the 'Tickets' link at the top of the page.


Is there an ATM at the airport?
If you need cash when you arrive, there is an ATM at the gas station on the corner of Avenue 17 and Airport Drive.


What kind of planes will be there?
Various fighters, bombers, and trainers from World War II will be on display.


Will there be food and beverage vendors at the event?
Yes.


Can I bring food and beverages?
Yes, you are allowed to bring food and beverages for the event. However, alcohol is prohibited.

How much does it cost to enter a vehicle in the car show?
The fee to enter the car show is $20 if you pre-register, or $25 if you register at the gate.


How do I pre-register my vehicle for the car show?
You can preregister for the car show by mailing entry fee to the address listed below. Please include the following information:

  1. Your name, address, and phone number
  2. Vehicle description, including make, model, and year
  3. Check for $20.00, per vehicle

Where do I park my car show vehicle?
Pull up at the main gate at the end of Airport Drive. The gate is located next to the parking lot for the adminstration building / pilot's lounge. We will check you in, and direct you where to park.


I have a vehicle in the car show. What time should I arrive?
You can arrive as early as 7:00am, when the gates open.

Will the airport be open to private pilots, during the Event?
Yes, the airport will remain open at all times.


May we fly our private plane in for the event?
Yes. We welcome everyone to the event. If you fly in, please park at the south end of the tarmac, away from the Warbirds and classic cars on display. And please stop by the main entrance to buy a ticket for the event. The main entrance and tickets area is located next to the pilot's lounge / administration building.
